Salted caramel & peanut butter s'mores

Ingredients

  1. Step 1 16 waffle biscuits
  2. Step 2 8 peanut butter cups
  3. Step 3 8 tsp caramel (we used Carnation)
  4. Step 4 sea salt flakes, for sprinkling

Directions

  1. Step 1 Preheat the grill to high and line a baking sheet with parchment. Put 8 waffle biscuits on the tray with a peanut butter cup on each and grill until it starts melting.
  2. Step 2 Put a tsp of caramel on the other 8 waffles and sprinkle a few salt flakes over each.
  3. Step 3 Sandwich the waffle biscuits together and enjoy with a cappuccino.
