  2. Step 2 1 tbsp rosemary leaves, finely chopped
  3. Step 3 2 garlic cloves , crushed
  4. Step 4 2 x 400g tins lentils , drained
  5. Step 5 juice ½ lemon

Directions

  1. Step 1 Heat the oil in a medium pan. Fry the rosemary and garlic for 1-2 mins until fragrant. Tip in the lentils and cook for a few mins until heated through. Add the lemon juice, season and serve hot or cold.
