Ingredients

  1. Step 1 4 frankfurter hot dogs
  2. Step 2 ½ tsp honey
  3. Step 3 3 tbsp mayo
  4. Step 4 1-1½ tbsp gochujang
  5. Step 5 splash of rice wine vinegar
  6. Step 6 4 hot dog buns
  7. Step 7 120g kimchi
  8. Step 8 1 carrot , peeled into ribbons
  9. Step 9 1 tsp sesame seeds , toasted

Directions

  1. Step 1 Cook the hot dogs following pack instructions. Mix the honey, mayo, gochujang and vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Step 2 Split the buns in half, put a hot dog in each and divide the kimchi between them. Drizzle with the spicy mayo, then top with a few carrot ribbons and some sesame seeds.
