Cinnamon-stewed apple

Ingredients

  1. Step 1 5 sweet eating apples (about 600g), such as Gala or Fuji, peeled, cored and chopped
  2. Step 2 ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  3. Step 3 50g raisins
  4. Step 4 150g fat-free Greek or non-dairy yogurt, to serve
  5. Step 5 4 tsp maple syrup (optional)
