- Step 1 5 sweet eating apples (about 600g), such as Gala or Fuji, peeled, cored and chopped
- Step 2 ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- Step 3 50g raisins
- Step 4 150g fat-free Greek or non-dairy yogurt, to serve
- Step 5 4 tsp maple syrup (optional)

- Step 1 Put the apples in a saucepan with the cinnamon, raisins and 2 tbsp water. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 10-15 mins until the apples are very
