- Step 3 1 banana
- Step 4 150g frozen fruits of the forest
- Step 5 50g blueberries
- Step 6 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Step 7 ½ tsp cinnamon
- Step 8 1 tbsp goji berries
- Step 9 1 tsp mixed seeds
- Step 10 1 tsp honey (ideally Manuka)
