Ingredients

  1. Step 1 100ml full-fat milk
  2. Step 2 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  3. Step 3 1 banana
  4. Step 4 150g frozen fruits of the forest
  5. Step 5 50g blueberries
  6. Step 6 1 tbsp chia seeds
  7. Step 7 ½ tsp cinnamon
  8. Step 8 1 tbsp goji berries
  9. Step 9 1 tsp mixed seeds
  10. Step 10 1 tsp honey (ideally Manuka)
